What to Wear for School Photos?
Since I keep the backdrops neutral...
Vibrant colors can look beautiful in the photos, but most importantly...
choose an outfit that captures what you'd love to remember about your child in this moment.
It might be something they choose themselves to showcase their individuality and personal style, or a color that brings out certain features that you love.
One option... Colors that that CONTRAST (are much lighter/darker/more colorful than) the backdrop will help the whole child stand out...
OR to put the emphasis JUST on their face, choose colors that are very similar to the backdrop (black/navy against black backdrops, or white/very light colors for light backdrops).
If possible, try to avoid neon colors or big, bold lettering on shirts as these can draw attention away from their faces.
ANOTHER OPTION...
Treat yourself to some new WALL ART that's GUARANTEED to make you SMILE every time you see it!
Choose clothing that complements the DECOR in your home!
Post-photo day, you'll find some great selections of wall art that you can order directly from your gallery.
